At Cox & Company, we pride ourselves on the world-class, aftermarket customer sales and support team that's ready to assist our customers on a 24/7 basis. Not only do we offer logistical support for airline spares and repairs, but our customer support engineers are standing by ready to help you with any technical question or problem you may experience in the field with any of our products. Our first line of support involves customers speaking to a customer support representative to try and resolve a problem or answer a question. If necessary, we have field service engineers on staff that can come directly to your facility and work with you in person to help resolve the issue. For new and legacy products, we provide on-site training as part of our continuing maintenance and product support. In this manner, we fully support every Cox product manufactured and delivered over the past 75 years.
