The Election of New Officers by the Cox & Company Board of Directors

New York, N.Y. April 26, 2006 — The Cox & Company Board of Directors has elected Steve Landry to the position of President/Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Landry succeeds Warren Achenbaum who will remain at Cox as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Ray Bozek will be assuming the former responsibilities of Mr. Landry in his new position as Marketing Manager.

The Cox & Company Board of Directors has also elected Tom Ferguson to the new position of Chief Technical Officer and Jim Jaffe to the position of Chief Financial Officer during the April 26, 2006 board meeting.
